Welcome to Beeston Rise, the first home to join the Senior Living Group. We provide residential and dementia care and support and look forward to introducing residents and their loved ones to the Tanglewood family. I have had the true pleasure and privilege to have spent my career in social care, positively challenging the idea of what a care home is. At Beeston Rise we aim to get to know each and every resident, their families and friends to create a home that truly embraces their ideas, thoughts, feelings and wishes. After all, this is THEIR home.

I came into Beeston Rise today, Christmas Day, to have a meal with my father and the staff were most welcoming and friendly. They gave all the residents a Christmas gift and took their photos - it was a lovely gesture. We all enjoyed a delicious meal together, prepared by the lovely chef and all the staff were superb in serving a lovely three-course meal and attending to us all, together with a lovely glass of wine.

Beeston Rise is new hopefully as the numbers of residents evidently increase the high standards will be maintained. So early days but as a starter I was very impressed overall. My mum entered Beeston Rise Care Home at the beginning of September 2023. My overall experience has been totally positive because Mum is always clean, always well dressed and has the most fantastic room. The staff are totally amazing looking after the residents, keeping in contact with relatives. What a team! To top this, they arranged a visit to the festival with the landlady to celebrate Mum's 51 years working at the festival - what an emotional day for the family and the exceptional staff employed by a wonderful care home.

My relative moved into Beeston Rise Care Home six weeks ago. He has the most beautiful en-suite room with a French door opening onto the garden. The staff are experienced, kind and caring and on each visit, he has always looked clean and presentable (which is very important to him). The management team is approachable and helpful and often asks if everything is alright. He has settled very well and is thoroughly enjoying the food and the company of the staff and other residents in the luxury lounge areas.

My brother moved into Beeston Rise Care Home in September 2023 and has settled really well. The move into the care home went really well and staff moved all the bags into his room. The care staff are helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The food is really good and plenty of it, the breakfast is mega big! Residents can relax, having a foot spa or sit and relax in a comfy lounge. Residents play games with staff. Beeston Rise has not been operating long but already has a community feel.
